End Assessment Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose:

The end assessment is conducted to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the training program provided to the client's dog by Canine Rise.

2. Assessment Procedure:

- The end assessment will be conducted by a qualified trainer from Canine Rise

- The assessment will include a review of the dog's behaviour, obedience, and responsiveness to commands based on the training objectives outlined at the beginning of the program.

3. Limitations:

- The end assessment serves as a snapshot of the dog's behaviour and training progress at the time of assessment.

- Canine Rise cannot guarantee that all behavioural issues will be permanently resolved following the completion of the training program.

- The client acknowledges that training results may vary depending on various factors, including the dog's temperament, behaviour, and the client's commitment to following the training recommendations provided by Canine Rise.

4. Client Responsibilities:

- The client acknowledges that the success of the training program depends on their consistency, patience, and commitment to reinforcing the training at home.

- Following the end assessment, it is the client's responsibility to continue implementing the training techniques and recommendations provided by Canine Rise to maintain and reinforce the dog's training.

5. Disclaimer:

- Canine Rise shall not be held responsible for any recurring behavioural issues or training regressions that may occur after the end assessment.

- The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to continue training and managing their dog's behaviour following the completion of the training program.

6. Indemnity:

- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Rise and its trainers from any liability arising from any recurring behavioural issues or training regressions following the end assessment.

7. Consent:

- By participating in the end assessment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Dog Walking Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose:

The following terms and conditions govern the provision of dog walking services by Canine Rise to the client's dog(s).

2. Service Details:

- Canine Rise agrees to provide dog walking services to the client's dog(s) as agreed upon in the service agreement.

- The duration and frequency of the dog walking sessions will be determined based on the client's preferences and the needs of the dog(s).

3. Responsibilities:

- Canine Rise agrees to exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing the dog walking services.

- The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their dog(s), including any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special requirements.

- The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure that their dog(s) is/are up-to-date on vaccinations and is/are wearing identification tags during the dog walking sessions.

4. Liability:

- While Canine Rise takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs under our care, dog walking inherently involves some level of risk.

- Canine Rise shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, property, or dogs resulting from the dog walking services provided, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of [Your Dog Walking Company].

5. Health and Safety:

- The client agrees to inform Canine Rise of any health or behavioral issues that may affect their dog(s)' participation in the dog walking sessions.

- Canine Rise reserves the right to refuse to walk any dog(s) that is/are deemed unfit for the dog walking service due to health or behavioral reasons.

6. Indemnity:

- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Rise and its employees from any liability arising from any injury, loss, or damage caused by their dog(s) during the dog walking sessions.

7. Cancellation Policy:

- The client agrees to provide 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled dog walking sessions.

- Cancellations made without 48 hours notice may be subject to cancellation fees at Canine Rise's discretion.

8. Consent:

- By engaging our dog walking services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

1-2-1 Training Session Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose:

The 1-2-1 training session is conducted to provide personalized training and guidance to the client and their dog by a qualified trainer from Canine Rise.

2. Session Procedure:

- The 1-2-1 training session will be tailored to address the specific training objectives and needs of the client's dog.

- The session may include obedience training, behavior modification, and addressing specific behavioral issues identified by the client.

3. Limitations:

- The effectiveness of the 1-2-1 training session depends on various factors, including the dog's temperament, behavior, and the client's commitment to implementing the training recommendations provided by Canine Rise.

- Canine Rise cannot guarantee immediate or permanent results from a single training session.

4. Client Responsibilities:

- The client acknowledges that their participation and involvement in the training session are crucial for achieving desired results.

- Following the training session, it is the client's responsibility to continue practicing and reinforcing the training techniques and recommendations provided by Canine Rise.

5. Disclaimer:

- Canine Rise shall not be held responsible for any lack of progress or reoccurring behavioral issues that may occur after the training session.

- The client acknowledges that ongoing training and consistency are essential for maintaining and reinforcing the dog's training.

6. Indemnity:

- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Rise and its trainers from any liability arising from any lack of progress or reoccurring behavioral issues following the training session.

7. Consent:

- By participating in the 1-2-1 training session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
